CBH Brand Licensing Program
Synopsis
The CBH Licensing Program grants the Licensee the right to operate under the Calabasas Bounce House brand within an approved territory. The program includes use of brand‑approved trademarks, recommended vendors, limited brand assets, creative materials, and marketing resources. The application fee is $750, after approval the initial licensing fee is $75,000, followed by $25,000 per year to maintain the rights. All payments are non‑refundable. Any and all third‑party fees required will be paid by the Licensee. Granting of the license is conditioned on completion and approval of the Licensee’s interview and mandatory background check prior to licensing.
If the Annual Licensing Fee is not paid on the mutually agreed date, all use of the Calabasas Bounce House brand, trademarks, materials, and any associated intellectual property must cease immediately. This includes removal from all platforms, marketing materials, digital content, and any business representations.
No Guarantee of Profit or Return
The Licensor makes no representation or warranty, and gives no guarantee — express or implied — with respect to any financial return, business results, revenue, profit, or return on investment that the Licensee may realize from operating under the Calabasas Bounce House brand. The Licensee acknowledges that success depends on many factors beyond the Licensor’s control, and accepts full responsibility for all business risks, including the possibility of loss.
Legal Framework
All obligations, rights, and enforcement provisions in this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with applicable state and federal law, including — but not limited to — California Civil Code §§ 1550 (Essential Elements of Contract), 1565 (Consent Requirements), and 1636–1641 (Contract Interpretation Rules), as well as intellectual property protection under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1051 et seq.).
