How do I reserve?

What's included with a Bounce House rental?

 Are you really from Calabasas? 

Yes, we are a local business- we grew up in the valley and happily reside in walnut acres. 

Do you provide balloon/event planning services?

No. We confidently recommend the following vendors: 

Feather Fox Designs- balloons

Hudson Productions- event planning 

Brenarte & Co- event planning

Do you rent ball pits, or soft play products?

Yes, we have a 7x7 ball pit, with a slide! No soft play we recommend Soft Play LA.

Do you rent chairs and tables?

We rent kids tables and chairs through our brand Little Calabasas, there is a $400 minimum without delivery fee outside of delivery range. 

Do you offer quotes?

We do not provide quotes for rentals of two items or fewer, as our prices are clearly listed on our website.

Can we do self pick up?

We currently do not offer self-pickup, as we require that our products be handled and managed by trained team members.

What must be confirmed prior to booking? 

Please pre warn us if these requirements cannot be met so we can schedule our team and plan  accordingly.
  • Bounce Houses cannot ascend or descend more than 4 steps of stairs, client is responsible for ensuring that the bounce house can enter and exit (3 feet width) the destination space and setup area on a flat hard ground surface.
  • We will not be able to deliver the bounce house up or down steep hills or driveways; bounce houses have a minimum weight of 350 lbs.

What is not allowed in our Bounce Houses? 

Shoes, food, drinks and absolutely NO PAINT OR MESSY ELEMENTS OF ANY KIND. Additional fees will occur if Bounce House is returned excessively dirty. 

Do you do partial day rentals?

We exclusively offer full-day rentals. This policy is in place to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation between each rental, which cannot be effectively accomplished within the confines of a same-day turnover.

Do you offer refunds of deposit?

Deposits are non-refundable. However, we do issue credit, which can be used within 2 years. 

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 50% of the total rental cost.

Are you covered by insurance?

We're completely insured and meet all the necessary insurance standards for venues, parks, etc. A $75 fee applies for any extra endorsements required on our insurance for a Certificate of Insurance.

Do you have generators rental? 
Yes, we rent generators for $200.

Do you offer late night pick up?

Any pickups scheduled after 6:30 PM are classified as late-night, incurring an additional $150 charge, subject to availability.

Do you offer overnight rentals?
Additional $250 for overnight- contingent on availability 

What are your travel fees?

Travel Fee from Calabasas (91302)

0-10 miles = Free 

11-20 miles= $55 

21-26 miles = $100

Approval is required for arduous and more distant locations within our travel range.

We offer complimentary delivery and pick up to our neighbors in Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Woodland Hills, West Hills, Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Northridge, Encino, Tarzana, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, and Thousand Oaks.

What size are your Bounce Houses?

The sizes of our Bounce Houses are delineated in the Bounce House description in our Catalog.
